What a gem. Beautifully clean, room had blackout blinds, I had 2 double beds to myself, one for sleeping and one for watching TV! Lovely comfy beds with thick quilts. The bathroom had gels,shampoo,hand washes and lotions(a rare find) The staff were all smiley and very helpful and didn't mind me practicing my Spanish. Breakfast....what can I say ...I got tea, fresh orange juice and bread as well as all colombian breakfast. A great gym on the roof with new equipment. Tv , safe, room service too.

Location was great. The overall staff was amazing, always willing to give the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of options as well.

The location was perfect. Whenever I went exploring it was easy to find my way back. Everyone on staff was super friendly. The aunt of my friend became I’ll ( we later found out it was kidney stones). The front desk and kitchen staff should be commended. They were super helpful in making her feel comfortable.

Good breakfast and cleanliness. Highly specialized staff. The gym is clean and well equipped. The restaurant offers special meal and the lady working there is super professional.

It’s has a good location, near food shops and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and has minibar and room service. The staff is very friendly, Edison and cristian are very nice.

The benefit-cost ratio is outstanding. The hotel belongs to a big chain and still is quite affordable. They have the services of a grand hotel chain but with the price of a regular one.
